  1. $SOUND Token

Settlement

$Sound token as an internal settlement layer

SOUND token stands as the official settlement token driving transactions within the Soundwork marketplace.

$SOUND will be used as a payment method, exchange mechanism, and marketplace token.

The plan for $SOUND as a settlement layer is that the Marketplace will offer payments in different currencies such as USDT, USDC, SOL, and other widely known currencies, and internally swap to $SOUND tokens to reward the creators who choose to receive their rewards in $SOUND.

This will in turn create more buying pressure for $SOUND from the Soundwork Marketplace transactions.

Additionally, $SOUND tokens are the required payment option for track or sound promotions on the Alpha marketplace.

Marketplace promotions give you the power to amplify your reach within the Soundwork Ecosystem.
